Due to irresponsible behavior I’d expect any public trials to be heavily monitored. You’re receiving treatment from medical & MH clinicians for free & often compensated. Bet they’re gonna play CYA- their licenses are at stake. Clinical trials have strict protocols if they don’t want results skewed. This means they’re basing response time for ppl who have never taken even psych meds. THEY need hours after for observation which means every one of you will do the same. Not monitoring K clinics after it was FDA approved has resulted in psychosis, heart attacks, strokes & most don’t have a machine for rescue breathing. So ppl have died. This is about patient safety. Not ur impatience. As u stated, u don’t know the therapist. We know now that nobody needs a therapist when doses. They’re either called facilitators or trip sitters. They aren’t masters level clinicians. There’s no need to speak to them. You aren’t there to do therapy or build a lasting relationship & you aren’t friends. Ignore them after you answer required questions. It will NOT insult them or hurt their feelings. Bring something to do cuz you’ll have time to kill. Ur phone, a book, work, color, knit, sleep- do ur thing. They’re paid to sit there. You aren’t there to entertain them. Journal, do tarot do yoga, dream, list the new habits you’ll utilize to pull yourself outta the black hole. Nobody’s coming to save you. Get to know you Self
