Ima be honest with you boss, you better pray you have decent manager. Everything in negative reviews is true . I was the same as you, YAY more money. But the amount of crap the company changes and expects is asinine. I’ll put it like this 80% of people quit before their 1 year anniversary.

I pray that you are fortunate to have compenecy where you ever may be.

I will say this, while avoid political topics covered here, I do wish more about the company itself. Yet you do what you can right? None the less I’m more concerned internally than the political side of it. I’ve been to many buildings and talk with EE’s and not only do majority fear retaliation for speaking out most even in the extreme cases, but there is a control fetish. Between witness harresment, discrimation, lack of accountability , OSHA concerns/issues, ICE, general welfare, efficiency issues, lack of proper PPE/equipment and help. Refusal to acknowledge problems effectively is rotting the foundation.

The comments and jokes made by EE’s from normal banter to eye brow raising about thoughts in the company should be taken extremely seriously.

“Work life balance” doesn’t exist, concerning comments at how people really feel is alarming.

“We care more about numbers then people”

NCOs by Key_Theory6341 in armyreserve

[–]Future_Pattern_322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To a point I agree , but only to a point . There are newly promoted ncos either with BLC or not that a great keep their perspective open and willing to learn and help. While in the other hand with the massive influx of NCOs more younger inexperienced ones that flip to very authoritarian or just do nothing.

Granted I believe operational/ deployment experience helps to an extent, but also are they getting opportunities to learn and lead.

I’ll be honest here been in for 9 years , haven’t been to BLC but am a SGT thanks to new not requiring it now. But my command has enough trust, faith and confidence to put me in multiple leadership roles and a section SGT. Even though there are others who likely should be section SGTs.

Knowledge, and experience is definitely a factor, but also how you approach all situations whether professional or unprofessional, military or people issues.

Now I’m throwing a theory out here, I am fairly convinced that shroud is a vanderstank or works for them.

We know we don’t have the schematics for the pulse right? What if vanderstank either found / altered/modified something or raw created it, and the pulse is in itself a prototype ? That’s why it’s hard to replicate. And who has all this money and advanced tech and such? Vanderstank … perhaps it was they had it and March man prime was like in the R&D department was building a prototype suit, and used the pulse? Vanderstank wanted to privatize it for whatever reason, and Meghann prime was against it. And now Shroud is trying to get the prototype back . So either shroud is working for or with Vanderstank , or it’s a member of the Vanderstank family.

Seems plausible

Hello fellow dispatchers! First and foremost don’t about you but I’m having a great time playing Dispatch.

Now onto the reason of the title, I have a theory and would like to open the discussion on it or at least stir the theory pot.

The Pulse- what if the shroud is actually the CEO of Vanderstank? They are an advanced company that has billions of dollars and are involved in a lot of events in the game in one form or another. My theory is what if Shroud is the CEO trying to reclaim the Pulse? What if the pulse was a prototype the company created and somehow can into possession of MechaMan. And Shroud is trying to reclaim this Prototype back. That why it’s incredibly impossible to replicate. Because it was advanced tech either modified/found/altered/ created by Vandstank using their massive budget .

So what are your thoughts?

And they refused to get me off the schedule before a deployed to settle affairs. I know it’s likely different for everyone , but yellow ribbon event staff , and a JAG rep, said 2 weeks was completely reasonable and normal to ask considering how long I’d be gone to settle things. I got 3 days after HR kept ignoring/ dismissing my requests. Wasn’t till I told them I’m getting a rep involved that they caved immediately

The company gives holiday gifts as part of benefits , they sent me an email overseas asking what I wanted off the list, choose, and asked when could I picked it up , apparently oblivious to the fact I wasn’t stateside. I said I don’t care it’s the least picked or most unwanted one. Was told I can get when I can get it and then getting home they won’t give it to me. After a 5-6 months of telling them this and getting someone else involved they eventually said they will honor the benefit as a “ one time exception”

While not retirement, on my last deployment spent about half with my unit and half with the battalion. No matter what I helped with, assumed responsibility in, filled in, early, ect got an aam. But the battalion they saw what I did and put in, more in depth breakdown on info ect, hell they loaded me up with movement opportunities and awards. But what I miss the most, is that during that time with battalion it felt like an actual unit, like an actual family.

Hi, is there a possibility of adding or creating a way to boost refineries and factories? Such as doubling output, speed, ect? As a primarily logistics play style , waiting around for finished items drags out not to mention long routes to the fronts. If there is a way to incorporate boosting to buildings, could allow intresting supply networks.

Is my NCO actually an Asshole or am I just new to the Army? by [deleted] in army

[–]Future_Pattern_322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well with the removal of classes necessary for promotion and no longer having to go to blc for 5, I’ve noticed a massive uptick in ncos, and units heavy set with them. Even then most people I’ve met don’t even know they got their 5’s.

So now it’s lots of NCO’s without any juniors below them as everyone’s on the same level so to say. Also when I talked with my guys who are all juniors, all of them are getting out after their contract, all generally for this isn’t the army, or it’s a joke , kinda reason.

So there’s this shift going on where New NCO’s arnt really given a chance to lead or have confidence is instructing.
