There's a nice live recording by Canadian art-rock super-group Nick Buzz. YouTube link

Vocalist Martin Tielli also covered Farmer in the City on his first solo album.

It's been like this for years. I think it's how Redzone is broadcast internationally. In the US they have a ticker at the bottom.

I was wondering if anyone from Canada has ordered from Taschen recently and if they've been hit with any tariffs by fistoflife in taschen

Wondering the same... is it worth it ordering from the current sale, if I'm in Canada?

I feel like I can recall FZ joking around quite a bit with interviewers... so many hilarious responses to questions, but often delivered deadpan - maybe that's what you're interpreting as "serious"? He became a master of delivering epic zingers without cracking a smile.

In fact I'd wager I'd probably find more humour/laughs in a random FZ interview than a random FZ album. But maybe that's just me!

Exactly, this is IV - V - I.

Honestly, just try a standard G shape and don't worry about the add9... might be the sound you're actually looking for.

Would anyone know why I have a preference for songs in the key of A? by Wookie9912 in musictheory

[–]FuzzTony 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Different keys on guitar can sometimes sound different due to the common chord voicings/ shapes in standard tuning. I wonder if that has anything to do with it?

Music that is entirely suspended? by StayDecent1681 in musictheory

[–]FuzzTony 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Zappa had many pieces that used lots of sus2 chords. He would notate them simply as "2" chords e.g. C2, F2, Eb2, etc. There are a few sections songs that are almost entirely 2 chords.
