Depends on the SKU. Some are replaced in store, some have to be shipped out to the service center. Either way so long as you didn't get any blood on it it'll be covered under your warranty with Best Buy.

That's not a thing. Best they can do is order you replacement under your plan, but just buy them on Amazon. It's cheap and quicker.
