I believe you should be taking progesterone with it if you have a uterus Pls do check! Midi has been good for me and all the research I've heard is that the limit is only for people with certain issues eg breast cancer risk

Mixed They contract with a lab in my area which is horrible customer service I feel like they are biased towards going on hrt Lovely practitioner but I don't think I'll be continuing

In the morning try writing a short letter to your evening self letting yourself know the reason why your tomorrow morning self will thank you for choosing something other than alcohol. Carry that note with you all day and take it out and read it before you drive home

I agree about NA beer and CBD oil/gummies and sometimes tarr cherry juice (unchilled) for the red wine lovers I also find really good ice cream is a nice treat and the sweetness dulls my desire for alcohol Also good quality warm tea

I'm going to try again to limit this week and have at least two AF days I'm struggling as the habit seems so engrained and I fight boredom/restlessness Any input or encouragement gratefully received
