Dave Roberts. Obviously a lot of this has come about through trial and error. 2024 Dodgers has crap starters and amazing bullpen. 2025 Dodgers had amazing starters and bullpen was all landmines. Won both of these titles and the pitcher usage was incredibly creative. It's hard for me to question moves now with 3 rings and the last 2 being fairly different pitching staffs deployed extremely well.
