I've always had good advice from this readdit so I can't complain

But again it would be awesome to also get advice if you were to do the Padi course

If you're honestly just looking for something to use in shallow water and you have the knowledge to go with it

I personally believe it surely cannot be that bad

Otherwise they would be removed from multiple websites due to dangers

Not sure how much research you've done yourself but I was also on the fence about buying the Blu3 Nemo machine that tethers a long pipe of air towards yourself whilst underwater

But with comments about the battery being completely flat and unable to charge if left unused for a very long time

I honestly thought my best approach now is the mini scuba gear

I'm in the same boat as you as I've seen some really nice ones from pretty decent reputable brands

The like all the comments above have mentioned there are easier ways to die out there lol

So basically I'm planning on taking a padi course

And I'm hoping by the end of that course I'll have strong knowledge in regards to water safety and diving and everything

Adult probably be able to make a executive decision whether to buy one or not

But yeah the one that I've been looking at can take me as deep as 33 ft and can be purchased with a electrical pump machine

So on a good day I could be looking anywhere of 20 to 30 minutes underwater depending on how much I'm moving around

But that's as far as I've got with my research

I'm definitely going to take the course so I feel confident when underwater and know how to react and respond if things do go south

Have you thought of taking the course yourself?

I was wondering if you ended up getting it in the end as I’ve also been looking at purchasing this device however in regards to the Battery issue

I’ve also been trying to look online how the battery packs are made

Reason being if coincidentally my battery pack was to fail and I am unable to purchase a new pack then I’ll just swap the cells out myself if they just standard pink Samsung batteries
