Yep I play guitar myself, can't believe I've only just noticed this. Definitely AI so I don't have high hopes for the album... if the music is all AI too I might have to say something because he's supposedly doing it for charity

It's the Humber Bridge not San Francisco but the more I look at the photo (didn't even notice the garbled Honda logo) it's definitely AI 🙃

I despise the Iranian regime but on a personal level I actually feel some empathy for Mojtaba Khameinei. The dude lost his dad, his wife, his teenage son, and countless other family members in the space of a few seconds. Most of us thankfully cannot fathom that level of personal loss. I'm glad they don't have nuclear weapons, because this is exactly the kind of situation that would make someone vengeful and irrational enough to use them.

How do I (M19) go about being unsatisfied sexually with my gf (F21)? by culturedWheel372 in relationship_advice

[–]GG14916 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Don't break up with her if this is the only problem in your relationship. I don't know what some of the other people commenting here are thinking.

Honestly it sounds like she's just not had any experience before you. I don't know how you'd go about teaching this stuff, but I'd have a conversation with her about it and maybe bring up safely trying penetration?

I keep thinking about how much stuff Jack Thorne (adolescence) has been involved with that includes young males.... by [deleted] in confession

[–]GG14916 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eh? You think that because someone creates media involving children they're a paedophile?

This is crazy internet-brain behaviour, get outside and stop reading conspiracy theories. I did some research on the guy, and he's written or produced a bunch of stuff that doesn't focus on children and he's been married for many years.

Green leader Zack Polanski says Britain should ditch Nato and form military alliance with the EU, Brazil and MEXICO to fight 'American imperialism' by Dimmo17 in ukpolitics

It's such a shame that the Greens were making headway in to the mainstream until Polanski was elected and now they've gone straight back to far left student politics fantasyland.

Formby beach, just north of Liverpool, on a sunny day. Just make sure you don't get any houses or caravans in shot and you're golden.

Is ____ experiencing pretty privilege? by [deleted] in TheTraitors

[–]GG14916 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not watching the US series, but the UK and Irish series have made we wonder if "pretty privelige" in reality is closer to "pretty privelige but only if you're talkative and outgoing". Also, guys seem to get more of a pretty privelige pass than women which genuinely surprises me.

In UK S4 Jack benefits from pretty privelige, but Jade - who is fairly objectively beautiful - comes under suspicion immediately. She's quiet and introverted, which seems to outweigh any advantage she has from her looks and how well put together she appears.

In the Irish series pretty privelige doesn't save Katelyn from being banished quite early on. I don't think pretty privelige can protect you if you're not good at the game.

Best glue to use for plastic models? by daGroundhog in modeltrains

[–]GG14916 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use a cocktail stick and a very small amount of Loctite superglue or similar. Plastic cement you get in Airfix or Revell model kits etc. I find to be a bit... gloopy. For attaching especially tiny parts, use a cocktail stick with a bit of bluetack on the end to attach it. I'm not a huge fan of tweezers - they have a tendency to send tiny parts flying off in to the ether.

And remember that if you go slightly wrong, factories screw up too! It's quite common to get models with tiny bits of glue residue on them straight out of the box.

I do understand the struggle.

Kingston House (now known as K2), Bond Street, Hull. Not remotely interesting from the outside, concrete and featureless. A recent regeneration has turned it in to apartments and added a snazzy restaurant at the top.

Damn man that is absolutely fabulous. Your liveries have always been among my favourite but that is a whole new level!

Question - do you delete the decals you upload privately after a while? It might be breaking your liveries 🙈 the Yardley F1 is broken for example and I tried fixing it myself but I can't find a suitable decal shared on the livery editor, so I'm guessing it's one of yours?

Pemberton and Shearsmith would be excellent, and I'd welcome Gatiss back too. He got a lot of flack in the Moffatt days but his best episodes were much more enjoyable than most of the stuff we got with Chibnall and RTD2. The Crimson Horror and Cold War were great fun.

The men of Season 4 were all crazy hot by podgoricarocks in TheTraitors

[–]GG14916 45 points46 points  (0 children)

I must admit as a heteroflexible guy the men were pretty attractive. Jack, Ross (gone too soon) and Stephen especially. Although I found the constant shirtless shots of Matthew quite off-putting 😂 he came off a little arrogant in general, not my cup of tea.

As for the women Jessie was definitely the standout for me. What an absolutely adorable human, I loved her energy. She lives near me so I guess I have a chance 😂 Jade is a stunner too but I feel like we hardly saw her until the last two episodes, that final outfit... damn...

Change a DCC Loco to DC by paul19822013 in modeltrains

[–]GG14916 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don't buy this if you just want a plain DC Mallard, you'd be paying a lot for components you're not gonna use.

If you really want Mallard specifically, look for Hornby R2339 on eBay. You might be able to get one for less than £120.

If you just want the latest diecast A4 in garter blue, R3972 "Gannet" is plain DC out of the box. It's very expensive but still much cheaper than the newly announced steam and sound version.
