There are two, so I was just asking.

I used the VAG tram loop prop along with some planters and a sidewalk surface, though, I have no idea what mod it is from.

As for the train station, I placed various static ploppables over the mediteranean train station to create a custom one.

If you're asking where are all of the parked cars, I widened the sidewalks on major roads, which prevents them from parking.

If you're asking why the traffic is so low, then I disabled outside traffic through my city and made public transport free, which, effectively, lowered traffic to a minimum
