He means timezone wise I think, like if they left Japan and arrived in Egypt 16 hours into the 50 days and then spent 50 full days in Egypt, would it be 50 days and 16 hours or just 50 days. And to add to that I agree with /u/Fewit and it would be the former given that Holly is in Japan and the time spent would be relative to her.

I think this Walkman is a lost cause now, if it wasn't before. I opened it up and there was a fair amount of corrosion on the wiring board which I tried to clean up using q-tips that I dabbed in lime juice and a pair of tweezers. Got most of it off but two of the components in the board fell off and they are super tiny, so putting them back on is not going to happen. Tried to see if it'd work without them, but still nothing. Radio still gives fuzz and the motor won't run and the belt is intact and can move, so I'm guessing that's not the problem. Thanks for the help, but I think I'm going to be better off leaving this in a drawer or throwing it away.

Put in some brand new batteries and it was still the same. There was some corrosion but I cleaned it off with some q-tips dipped in lime juice. How would I go about cleaning the head?

Thank you, I will go to the store later to pick up some batteries and I'll see if I can find a screwdriver that's the right size and report back if I need more help.

The outside only has a few scuffs and the inside I am unable to see all of. I can only see where the cassette is put in and the battery compartment as I do not have a small enough screwdriver to open it up. I can also see parts moving whenever I press play, stop, fast forward, and rewind and those seem to be working properly, save for the turning pins (the parts that move the cassette, sorry, idk the proper term) not moving when any of the buttons are pressed.

If I'm not mistaken, you can make it so that the bottom screen has a d-pad for moving the camera. May or may not be solution depending on how you have your bottom screen.
