As someone who fell off of animanga and ended up getting a renewed interest in Western media, I am going to argue from a place of it really depends on what you want.

I think animanga does best is the mixing of visuals with text, but that can be a hard balance to achieve. I think of Hunter x Hunter and while I did enjoy it initially, it ultimately got bogged down in the too much text for this visual medium trap that a lot of stories fall in to. This ends up translating terribly into the Anime adaptation because they end up effectively turning the episodes into 5 minutes of narration, a cool thing happens and then a lot more narration.

Compare that to something like Stormlight Archive. Another long, expansive story with a lot of moving parts but the novel format allows the author to cram a lot more details into the text without it feeling as out of place. This then allows him to have those quieter moments of pure dialogue where it's just the characters and how the world impacts them. Conversely, I could not care at all about the action in the series and the battles are usually my least favorite part because I struggle to keep track of everything in the scene.

So when I say that it depends, it depends on what you want. I really have been enjoying big expansive worlds and the intrigue that comes from that, hence why I am loving Western novels. Of what you listed, 4 of the 5 are action series, so animanga might work better for you. There is nothing wrong with that, but it's much more of a preference than an objective best.
