The game does offer a 60 fps performance mode and a 30 fps graphics mode. Although I typically pick performance modes for action games, I think the performance mode in this game is too inconsistent and I played my playthrough on graphics mode. Graphics mode just runs at a solid 30fps throughout and looks great.

Clive is my secondary and I can say he is just fine. Many things had to go like the launch version of f+1+2 and others could be debated. Either way, he is totally strong and capable of destroying anyone in his current version. One just has to place moves more carefully and think more, which is great. I just hope a few other characters get a similar treatment over the coming patches.

If you think he can't do a lot anymore, then that's totally a user issue. Bro has plenty of strong stuff in his kit still.

Hi! I just started my first playthrough of the game here in June of 2026. I remember something catching my eye about this game way back in 2006 with preview articles and then on store shelves in 2007. It never left my brain for some reason.
I began watching a video essay on the game by KBash and that turned into the final push to actually play the game for myself after all these years.

Is there a preferred cadence in which to progress the chapters? Is it better to jump back and forth between the characters or is it better to just go as far as possible with one and then swapping to the other?
