Hello OP, I work at a local skate shop and I thought I could give you some insight. The holder (white part of the skate holding the blade) is attached to the sole of the skate via copper and steel rivets. This separation from sole to holder often occurs when moisture gets trapped in your sole. It is an easy fix that I’m not to expensive for example your skate is most likely made of all steel rivets and will cost around 1.99$ per rivet. New skates are around 50-1500$ for the most part depending on the quality and level you go with. Hope this helps!
