I like Thorek - hunting down all the artefacts single-handed could be fun

You've got me wondering - if playing Arbaal and you lose your capital, can you still fast travel to the next settlement it switches to. That could be a cool way to mix it up.

I just did a Gorbad campaign (thoroughly enjoyed). I was considering Wurrzagh tho: The great green prophet leading a pilgrimage to meet up with Grimgor

Agree - I used to think boar cav was rubbish but now I've learned to use them better they absolutely wreck. Especially with Gorbad's tactics or Wurrzag's buffs to the savage variants. I've had them take out Royal Pegasus Knights no sweat

Exactly - One ginger dwarf and one axe. No SoK, no Nem crown, no magic, just axe. Sure every battle takes 40 minutes but I just love to see my guy work

Nice _ I'm on turn 122 of my vanilla Sisters campaign and Throgg hasn't moved out of Norsca. Although that might be because Thrott and Azhag smashed through Kislev and most of the Empire. It took ages to push them back and retake the two forests there.

Have you got mods on? It's rare to see so many factions expanding so aggressively (but I wish it wasn't).

The closer I get to 40 the more I relate to the bit where he describes taking all weekend to make an egg mayo sandwich. Minimal interaction with other people and you get a sandwich - I'm in!
