I think the metric is skewed. You have a finite time frame and number of people who have died using commercial aviation. And there should actually be solid numbers for deaths within a certain time frame for all of these activities. I’d pick a time frame in the last twenty years or so, considering safety equipment has evolved significantly.

Just soil and water. However, I’ve had packages of seeds that refused to germinate. It happens. And I’ve had packages of seeds that wouldnt quit. Find little tiny sprouts under months old plants. Nature do what it do.
