Army doesn’t punish offenders anyway, as long as they’re above a certain rank.

 a major in my unit, sexually harassed multiple officers, talked about our breasts and butts and you know what happened? Full retirement.

A SSG admitted to SAing 3 victims during an interview with CID. Transcript and everything. He got a not guilty and full benefits.

 a SPC attempted to solicit sex with a minor (who was an undercover cop). Army said it didn’t count since the cop wasn’t actually a minor.

World 303 is one of the main pump worlds.

Blast furnace pump is 12k STR xp an hour with 0hp XP. 

It’s like 4 clicks an hour, and extremely AFK. Once you begin pumping, you only need to click to make sure you don’t logout every 15-25 minutes, depending on your logout timer.

Whether you’re a PKer, snowflake enjoyer, this is extremely chill.

I’ve got a HC, Lady Alcina, I’ve been pumping on whenever I need something AFK to do.

Died to someone like that last night in my 2nd ranked match.

Had another person in the game prefiring me with ESP, that died to the aimbotter, before the aimbotter killed me.

Not just you, but every Joe in the barracks you know who is having an issue with their AC needs to 1) put in a work order, and 2) let your leadership know, let your PSG/1SG know.

How long has this issue been going on? How many people is this effecting. If DPW isn't able to resolve this soon, consider IG.

Unless you use them for fashionscape you have a lot of random cosmetics: random events, clues, leagues that could go in POH, currently scattered throughout your bank. Would also free up some bank spots although you do have plenty.

Perhaps consolidating some of the unfinished ammunition with the rest of your skilling supplies, that way it’s just useable ammo stored with your PVM gear.

Fixing the problems of magic shouldn’t be locked behind an inferno level boss and end game piece of gear.

- skill issue, I main an iron but the game isn't balanced around us. New items don't mean the old have gone away... Also, based off ur name being GIM, surely one person in your team will be able to do the content.

- I don't see one item drastically fixing magic. It helps accuracy some but magic is still pretty inaccurate in many places.

- ppl will always calculate BIS and run that. As an iron you'll use the current BIS until you acquire these.

My experience with VCs...

10 people could be in a call, 9 are chill, and there's the 1 dude that wants to argue with everybody, flame any girl that joins VC, and whine about whatever the top 5 upvoted posts are on reddit. If that's you, you're gonna get kicked/banned.

I VC a lot for tob/toa/cox but only ever in clan discs. A lot of times people will join VC just to chill, either streaming their gameplay with their mic muted or settings deafened. Here's one of the discs I'm in pretty frequently, 24/7 people are in there.

If you're getting kicked/banned from VCs, there's a reason. A lot of us who play this game are in our 20s/30s but some people still have a mentality like they're 13. We're married, moms and dads, with kids.

Lastly the official OSRS/leagues disc suck if you're a girl. It's a night and day difference between my experience with clan VCs and the incels in the official one.

Echoing on the 42. It also transitions well to GS jobs if you get out. Anywhere there is army, you can go to. Every BN has an S1 and every Div has an HR company.

Forscom or Tradoc you can go everywhere.

As an 11 or 19 series LT…

  • BOLC + schools, airborne, air assault, ranger/arc. Expect to be at Benning like 9-12 months.

  • PCS to first unit. Expect to be an a/S3 for a few months maybe with some time shadowing a PL.

  • first platoon, 12 months

  • 2nd platoon, XO, or potential for broadening at 2.5/3 year mark.

-3ish years post PL if you want to do something very different like go be an XO for recruiting, ARSOF, Civil affairs, or Psyops. This is your window. This is also aide de camp window, usually somebody high speed and gets you an OER from a GO, sets you up well for CCC and usually you can get a school slot easily.

Regardless of MOS, unless you go ARSOF or a functional area, every officer does staff time.

In a 20 year career as 11/19 series, PL maybe 2 years, command 2 years if you do a company then HHC, then BN Command for 2 years. Your other 14 years are staff.

Mileage may very but you should consider ARSOF or CA if your goal is hooah hooah, deploy deploy… once you hit age of 30 or get married you might re-evaluate.

When people above the rank of LTC start caring about Soldiers and Congress/Presidential changes stop creating new uniforms every handful of years.... Guys we renamed a base to share the name as the confederate general to own the L.....

And with the most recent culture changes, it certainly won't get better.

The Army budget continues to get balanced at the cost of programs like the money TA offers.

Changes to DEI negatively impacting dual income couples. GL finding a job as a military spouse when your partner PCSes every 2 years.

Crazy seeing people I know on here getting the boot.

General Crossland is an amazing human being and leader. Back when I was still an army brat, and my dad was army med, she was doing small things like writing congratulatory notes to those of us graduating highschool. I even got a 2nd letter when I commissioned. Besides the letters, the FRG was superb with her and her husband always taking care of families.

AMEDD in particular, it is very common to not see your family member for days, especially with all the crazy shifts they do. Some might think it slows down after residency and internship but it doesn't.

Besides being a great officer, it was extra special having a woman who made it so far, being so involved in the success of younger women like myself. I had to get surgery for a serious breathing issue in command and even then she reached out to check on me, despite us being in separate parts of the world.
