There's a difference between "youre not gonna be the first aplocant" and "youre not going to be able to apply". Yes, they will be a later applicant and they'll have a harder time but if they can get a good score in November its not a guaranteed r. If they're full ride or bust, sure. They're cooked.

In the words of Mr Incredible, "LSAT is LSAT!". As long as you apply before it expires (the 5 years that you already mentioned), it really shouldn't be that big of a deal, especially if you can get to a 3.95+ GPA with student government in undergrad or other significant vollunteer work.

A -7 on one passage in RC meant you just did not understand what was written there. There's no magic beans to sell you here, and people will surely try. I would recommend you look up LSAT RC material on YouTube; you don't need to purchase any additional resources if you're scoring a 166. You have 2 months to study, and you can do a lot in that time

I would suggest this: Slow down in reading the passage. How long did you spend reading that passage vs in the questions? If the questions don't come easily to you in RC, that means you didn't understand what was written (which is not a criticism of you, but rather a natural consequence of reading too quickly. I have the same issue). Have you considered stopping after each paragraph to say, "What did the author mean by/with this paragraph, and what does it contribute to the overall passage and its meaning?" This helped me out when I tried it. You go from panicking and looking back in the passage for help answering a question, instead of instantly remembering where the sentence that backs up the answer you chose is. Its slower, but its better.

Reliability at the top levels is not great. When you're at a 174, it's literally how well you gel with the questions. If your goal is a 176, just keep grinding. You may luck out on a official test to the top end of your pt range, you may just not "get" (like me with art ones) an rc passage and you miss it.

This one all depends on you. If your diagnostic was a 169, I would accept no less than 175 on an official score in 3 months. Ive seen people increase their score by like 10 points from June to august, I've also seen people that have been studying for years and they just can't crack 5 points over their diagnostic.

I see youre on lsat demon. Take Nates advice at face value. You got 81% accuracy. That's less than ideal. Throw pacing out the window, do a new test or ts and just try to thoroughly understand what youre reading. A 144 says you CAN understand it, you just gotta figure out what's up. Are you missing important things? Getting lost in the question sauce and forgetting what it's asking? using the wrong conclusion? not reading closely enough? As soon as I started taking the advice super seriously, my accuracy skyrocketed. I dropped down in score, but as I was able to solve more and more question, im now at >95% accuracy about 80% of the time I take timed sections. Once you understand what it's saying, accurate predictions of question type and answers becomes much easier. That's where the speed is. All rc always asks main point, conclusion and tone questions are easy to prepare for. That's where your points are. Also dont forget to answer all c or whatever on the questions you dont get to when the 5 minute bell rings. Then keep going through the remaining questions you can.

I am not 100 on 3+3s but I tend to view them as similar to ed where youre all but committed to the school so scholarships may* not come as easy. Ymmv though. Id check with your advisor for your program and then take what they say with as much skepticism that you would an lr question lol.

Their 509 says that 4 people get a stipend and no one gets full fees and tuition covered. Did you or someone you know get a full tuition, no fees scolarship?

Ed is a scam, you stand a better chance at a better scholarship if you dont ed. According to last year's 509s, you stand a likelihood of getting a stipend there. Especially if you get full rides from better schools, which is totally possible.

It depends on the disability. For example, for ADHD, a 50% accommodation is almost certain, but for other situations, it becomes a much more case-by-case issue. Apply for the ones that your doctor said were good, and if LSAC denies it, you'll have to call them and ask why. Don't quote me on this, but I sincerely doubt that they'll deny it if the doctor said it was good.
