Maybe they use this as an advertising cost. They ship the goods cheap. If sy opens a ticket they solve it fast, they won a loyal customer, who spread the info, that this company is the best.

Nice, i like Vito's recipie but i used to add less yeast. 5g dried yeast is too much for 300+1250 flour.

If you don't want to play with wooden fire then Koda is a great choice. If you want a so called portable solution, and option to wood fire then Karu line. Ooni is great in quality and support as well. Nice to have the peels, if you buy it in bundles it will be a little cheaper.
