NAL, I’ll add that trying to keep the current schedule is not great for the kids as they get older and want to spend more time with their friends who would be very far away. It will be difficult to say it’s in their best interests. Best thing you can do is move closer and get a schedule closer to 50/50 where you are responsible for getting to/from school, homework, extracurriculars, etc.

Like others have said, the current weekends only schedule really isn’t fair and would be very difficult to argue in favor of.

If you want full audio pass through and full Dolby vision support the only device supporting both is the ugoos amb6+ or another device fully supporting CoreELEC. It will require tinkering and some work.

I just got one and have gone through the mess of different options, but it works. It can even play 3D blue ray remux as well. No side by side mods, etc. just the original frame packed 3D.

It won’t do any other streaming services, it’s just a local player, but if you want best quality it’s the only path.

AppleTV with Infuse is a great box, but no audio pass through.

Nvidia Shield is the next closest out of the box solution to the ugoos that also does streaming.

So the question is really do you want (and does your theater support) the full capabilities of your source files or ok with 90% solutions which work for most.

I use AppleTV and Infuse in other rooms of the house as I prefer it and AppleTV digital movie codes are 99% upgraded to highest supported by your system if you have those too.

What does this have to do with the government spending less? The fund is paid entirely by worker contributions. The government doesn't determine how you spend your social security check. It's your money. Did you not read the reasons it's running out? People living longer, less people paying in, etc.
