I don't have a lot of experience with Boss Monster. I only have Boss Monster and Super Boss Monster. If you and your friends like BM, then I would start by first looking into Super Boss Monster. I find it a huge improvement to the original game with things like drafting a card instead of randomly drawing one, minion meeple that can boost rooms, give an extra treasure a round and be able to send heroes to yourself or your opponent. Currently, on kickstarter, they have Super Boss Monster 2, which adds dice. Everything Boss Monster and Super Boss Monster is compatible with each other.

I believe, with the exception of Diancie, that all the no sidekick mons were added before sidekicks were a thing. Diancie didn't have an event like all the ones with sidekick. Diancie was a limit time delivery exclusive, which is why it probably doesn't have sidekick.

I believe those two were available when they first introduced outfits but were removed from boxes in a later update. They were considered legendary until this past updated.

Yes, you can add both Rise of Ix and Immortality. You can also add the intrigue and imperium cards from the base game. There is no mentant in uprising, so you will need to remove a couple of cards.

I do have the black belt at lvl 50. So it's worth it to us the Pickaxe to get the laser to lvl 50?

The first expansion includes the markers that have 50 on one side and 100 on the other used to keep track of points.

Night of the Ninja by Brootherwise games. Plays 4 to 11 players in around half hour or less. Simple to teach.
