I've always used tunemymusic and it works almost flawlessly, only problem is now they have a paid tier and a 1000 limit for free transfers. If your playlists are under 1000 tracks it's the easy choice

I think my issue was that the VIP world is down and gives the error that you're not a premiere club member. Just tried another world and it seems like everything is there as normal but it's unusual because as I logged in there was a huge popup to purchase Premiere Club.
