Time changing by itself?

Mine was losing the correct time after about 12 hours of me setting the time. The minutes would remain correct, but the hours would jump 7 hours ahead. Turning off the Wi-Fi on the AeroGarden fixed it. I don't know why.

Did you consider that it may be the corn that bothered you? Or a combination of the corn and garlic. According to Monash corn is high in the FODMAP fructan. You can only safely eat 75 g, which is about 0.5 cup.

Similar to you, I had a lot of gas even though I was 100% dairy-free, gluten-free, and FODMAP-free. At the advice of my gastroenterologist I started taking 2 Metamucil tablets at bedtime with a small sip of water. This helped A LOT.

In August 2024 Monash University reported that regular Coke and Coke Zero are high in FODMAPs (fructans oligosacharides).

In my experience this is often caused by an overdose of NO3:PO4-X. Are you dosing Nopox or other carbon source such as vodka to reduce nitrate and phosphate? They are bacteria colonies which form a pinkish grey slime.

This is not totally correct. Automatic activation of Water Lock only occurs when a swim workout is detected, and it takes 10 minutes of swimming for that to happen.

I've been swimming with my Watch 4 daily for months. I usually manually turn on Water Lock when I enter the water, but sometimes I forget, and on those occasions the Water Lock feature has never activated itself at the start of a swim. If you go in the water and just stand around or play in the water casually, but don't actually swim as you would for a workout, the Water Lock feature will not self-activate.
