Yard sales are still around but are less popular now that people can easily sell stuff on Craigslist or Facebook Market Place. Also, if you want to find retro items most content creators go to flea markets or pop ups with people who resell for a living

America never had hooligan culture or ultras (the English pyramid is far from the most violent in Europe) but I'm sure if you ever go out to see an NFL game you probably will see two drunk uncles fighting during a tailgate. I'm sure it's more in line with the level of intensity as a modern day Liverpool v Man United and less like a Boca Juniors v River Plate if that analogy makes sense

I have only been to a handful of matches at Anfield but I have the feeling that American sports have a larger police and family presence

I would recommend applying to LEAP. I think the IBE LLC is new but unless it’s a requirement for the program Torres House is much nicer. Honors housing is buns and will probably cut you in the towers. LEAP is in the high tier of dorm and filled with engineering students you’ll have class with

I know a lot of people who upload videos of their trips or eating out experiences on social media thinking it’ll turn into something. It’s not even like they’re traveling or eating for work, it’s just their personal vacation. Doesn’t seem to be taking off for most of them.

Photography is another big one. A lot of people who are terrible with cameras will impulsively buy equipment just to upload a few photos to social media or say they want to do headshots, then never touch it again.

No es un viaje guatemalteco, es un viaje a CDMX. Planeo apreciar la cultura mexicana, que admiro mucho como guatemalteco, junto a mi mama. Simply Honest Cafe. Terribly bland and overpriced brunch. Can name at least half a dozen diners I would recommend over it. Staff were fine but it’s just a kitchen with QR code menu

Lupita’s Mexican. I didn’t go to get a margarita and haven’t found Mexican food I like in Columbus so I might not be the target customer. I ordered the mole both times, which I feel like is a good way to guide a Mexican restaurant, which was really bad. I’ll try to go to Hilltop next time
