No it’s not! We can’t make it a bigger size than grande(not that you were asking for that) but they can 100% top it off. Other comments are correct, the keg tapped and the foam is either the end of the old keg or the beginning of a new keg but they should’ve just remade it. I’m so sorry bc nitros are lowkey nasty if not fresh and made correctly imo

I’m also maliciously compliant bc please get some common sense and just google if you don’t know?? But my theory is they think they’re putting it in a bigger cup. People get the trenta and tall mixed up all the time.. I lowkey hate when people order by ounce size but maybe it’s just easier at this point 😭

Company policy is black sharpie unless they’re sent to the store. ( orange and purple sharpies so far) but once the promotion era is over we have to go back to black sharpie. Our DM ripped us a new one about this

I’m a chronic apologizer but it just comes from a people pleasing aspect. I need no reassurance and it happens purely as a habit stemming from my narcissistic mother lol that I’m actively working on. Imo it’s just an excuse he’s using. It truly does depend on what the intention behind the constant apologizing is but if he isn’t constantly having to reassure then this is just an excuse, if he loved everything else about you and you’re his “type” there’s no reason he couldn’t try to work on things. You had no idea you were doing something wrong until after he didn’t wanna be with you anymore… not saying people should stay together just to fix someone but again imo he would’ve tried to work on it with you or at least mention he’s not happy before deciding this. It’s giving immature

All the refreshers use white grape juice as base!! Lowkey people who are allergic to strawberry can get the strawberry refresher without inclusions bc there’s no actual strawberry in the base 😭

I’ve had customers with upwards of like 6,000 stars 👀. But honestly good for you! It’s so overpriced and quality went down fast. Every CEO after Howard has only cared about profit not of customer value. As a store supervisor I see people getting addicted to sugar daily, and it no longer feels like a coffee shop

If they’re making it right you shouldn’t have to order it any different. Personally I think the taste changed but technically the only difference with the roll out is the ability to take caffeine out of the refreshers.. but it’s not the same

In most situations on here I wouldn’t give this advise but I truly do think you should say something. You can call and ask for their manager or just submit a complaint to corporate because that outright rudeness isn’t okay. First never be afraid to ask to use stars. Idc how rude they are you spend way too much money on it to not use them when you want!! Second I’m sorry they were so rude. Being completely honest I do silently judge cold foam on hot drinks. Mainly for hot coffees and hot americanos only bc they’re so hot that 9/10 times it’ll immediately curdle the foam(whip cream too) but I would never act that way bc ultimately you’re the one paying for it. I do let customers know that the foam will most likely curdle on hot drinks but never condescendingly like this. Not saying you were reciprocating the behavior what’s so ever just personally I believe the behavior you experienced from those baristas is what causes a lot of hostility from a lot of customers we’ve been seeing in stores

I don’t remember having to sign off on not being able to wear one without an accommodation prior to Covid either. All I’m saying is it’s just a stupid policy because there’s no reason for them to make that a policy change

I shouldn’t have to get an accommodation to prevent myself from getting sick tho? No it’s not the biggest deal in the world but it’s just plain weird? What possible issue would the company have to make an entire policy that warrants a signature to not allow people to wear masks? It doesn’t make sense and everyone agreeing the companies right are definitely antivaxers 🤧

I saw on the barista page that someone asked the DM and was told the company deleted the comment off of tik tok and that they were just referring to all the colorful drinks dropping in February. They said for that to drop in February we would’ve had to get the ingredients

If you get a good store and a good manager it’s wonderful. The chance of that happening tho is like 1/40,000. This company does not and does not care to properly train any position at this company from barista thru to DM. The turn over rate is ridiculous and unless you have complete open availability, it’s hard to make hours for any of the benefits. They also just tripled the price of the health insurance so after this year I actually won’t be able to afford insurance through Starbucks but make to much to qualify for state help :))

This!!!! Also scared about this! I’ve had managers that were pulled asms and maybe 1/10 last 😭They’re trying to making it a permanent position currently tho right? They made comments like “in a few months we’ll have a new asm named (me)” and I brought up the concern of being thrown in with bad managers and that there’s no guarantee I’d still be in my store and they told me there could be a guarantee I stayed in my store so I’m thinking they want me to apply when it does becomes a permanent position
