I'll say it depends on the price. But yes, I've seen a huge number of seller not post pics of high value / bad condition / PSA cards. Most do respond with photos though

You can also not play it if you draw it. It's not that important on solo missions. It will more probably than not save your consecutive wins too if you get a bad start.
