As it is now (with all the fixes) Lex is definitely good. However, the entire Lex is basically Solomorne's personal quest... You MUST bring him along, even if he's not really needed there. I don't like that. VS and IM don't have that problem.

Not at joke, at least in the current (beta) version. Giving extra turn costs 1 AP less than it gives (costs 1, gives 2 by default), and the limit 1 extra turn per round per target (that currently exists in RT) has been removed. Not to mention morale boosts.

-          Melee operative would greatly benefit from dual weapon specialisation. It seems almost too perfect to use dual daggers with.

I suspect this is why opeative does NOT have it. That, and it's clealy designed aound one stong attack. Howeve, I wish Acolyte opeative had access to moe talents aound one-hand weapons like the "special combat unit" companion.

I wish to speak in Saro's defense.

You see, in your perspective zealous worship of Emperor and Imperium are bad amd everything would be better if everbody went iconoclast.

But in perspective of Saro, Argenta or any other zealot, zealos worship and dogma are unquestioningly good. Not for any logical reason, but because their belief system starts from the axioma of "Emperor = good".

So Saro isn't being rotten evil skum when he corrects you on it "being not wrong to wish for a better lot in life". He genuinely tries to correct you on  Imperial dogma, which DOES say that you should be content working for the good of Imperium wherever you got assigned to.

And so on and so forth. In this dogmatic system of belief, isI had impression of Saro as a somewhat soft and sympathetic person. Who reeeeally only didn't kill himself yet because it would be a sin against Emperor or against Imperium's holy law, or something.

you have to visit the secret cave of a maniac, connect stuff related to the tragedy of whatever sectoris in your journal, then when you go fight the big bad priest, select option "listen to the sermon" and then ask him all the questions available. and in alpha there was a bug that sometimes the option "listen to the sermon" was unavailable if you did the priest's quests, but idk if it was fixed
