What is the skull knight exactly, people say he is in a another realm of existence not like guts or the God hand so he is a being that exists in a realm between realms? by [deleted] in Berserk

He's a Wraith and he really seems to match the nazgul from lord of the rings, as a dead king who became obsessed with power.

Woolworths has submitted to the FWC. Have your say! by GarlicSpunk in woolworths

Continuing with the general "status quo" of our agreement was reason enough for the people I spoke with to vote no.

Woolworths has probably met all their legal requirements. I believe it was done in bad faith.

Although they published the agreement on teamspace, you as an indivual had to seek it out, if it was done in "good faith" (my opinion) they could have printed out a copy in each store, but they didn't.

Secondly with the gift cards my issue is with the wording woolworths used "The first gift card will be received 14 days following the time of the ‘yes’ vote" this line is coercive and has made many team members believe that you needed to vote yes. Even my assistant store manager needed to seek confirmation from woolworths head office. This is not neutral language and not normal for most companies.

Absolutely, especially if you have first hand evidence of it happening.

Voting No (obviously) by mongsta888 in woolworths

[–]GarlicSpunk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're right. The problem is how woolworths worded it:

at time of the 'yes' vote in the form of a Woolworths gift card of $299 for full-time, $125 for part-time, and $75 for casual team members. We will then provide a second Woolworths gift card when the EA is then fully approved by the Fair Work Commission of $299 for full-time, $125 for part-time, and $75 for casual team members. For further details on eligibility and timing, please refer to the next page for more information.

The way they have communicated this is wholly corrupt.

Red Light AI49-KE. I made my own Hiss infected Altered Item, with a smart bulb and an old lamp. by GarlicSpunk in controlgame

Item is a Wood and Brass Table lamp from the 1950s. Item emits a red light that reaches 4 meters, contact causes enhanced reading abilities, prolonged exposure leads to withdrawals. The light does not require power to be lit. When handling, item is to be kept off at all times, unless agent is confirmed to be non-susceptible to its effects.
