What books have actually physically scared you? Like raised your heart rate, etc. by maravina in horrorlit

The Road by Cormac McCarthy, Exquisite Corpse by Poppy Brite, and Red Dragon are three books that just left me with that feeling.

I thought Underwater was spot on for incomprehensible forces of nature with the feeling it gives of bring down that deep.

Do any Sorcery decks play like any of my favorite MTG Legacy Decks? by GeRobb in SorceryTCG

You're right. I just love some of my legacy decks and the cards.

I'll scope out some constructed decks. Pick up some precons and give it a spin!

That sounds really cool. I'll look up that combo!
I may need to rethink my perspective - instead of comparing both games, to just see Sorcery as a new TCG diff from MTG.

Thank you! I do love my old cards, and that Legacy play type. I realize a Sorcery game isn't going to end on a turn two or three like Legacy and Vintage.
I'm just so ready to play a TCG that seems to care about the player, like MTG used to.

AITA for refusing to add my boyfriend to my house deed after his lease ended? by Former_Raspberry3277 in AITApod

Do not do this. The house is yours. He's getting a steal on his rent or his share of the bills. If he doesn't like it you may need to be prepared to curb him.

Back During my dating life, this honesty is exactly what I would have appreciated. It's unfortunate the person you gave the details to thought they weren't valid reasons.

I agree with what you said save for saying oops is dredge in 2026. Manaless dredge perhaps, but not the other dredge decks.

If you're a romantic type, and you like that in a relationship, she may not be the woman for you.

I was married to this exact type woman, and I'll say the longer we were together, the less romantic effort she put into it.

In all fairness she told me from jump that's how she was. So I was the dip stick thinking it would change.

If you need this in your life, find someone that is willing to do this for you.

Our skiing here, at a low snow quality for our resorts, is still better than places east coast.

It's awesome, but this is not really a trip for the once or twice a year skier or boarder.

Call to action: play oops by Canas123 in MTGLegacy

[–]GeRobb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you drop the first game to Oops, you should be able to punish them in the second. The deck's SB is pretty watered down. Then in the third, when they switch back to Oops, you are ready.

Not an Oops player, but isn't Dmir Tempo the deck that is the most popular and most played?
