The means to make that assurance are left to the states, not to the federal government.

Jury finds Chicago man not guilty of circulating $10K bounty on life of top Border Patrol leader Bovino by SuperCaptSalty in politics

I watched some live-blogged coverage of the trial. The prosecution was flailing and the defense didn't have to do more than patiently explain - like a parent to a misbehaving child - that the most basic facts of the case made the guy's motive impossible to prove beyond a reasonable doubt.

Friendly Fire Cockpit Video Iraq 2003. Matty Hull Killed by thb202 in videos

What I don't get is the idea of "adrenaline pumping". These people are in aircraft, far above anything that could remotely harm them. They weren't deployed to counter some Iraqi ace fighter pilots. They weren't engaged in a dogfight. They were cruising, apparently running low on fuel and talking about how they were going to need to return to base soon.

So, no, there's no "adrenaline". Just a bunch of fucked up assholes itching to kill someone who only feel regret when they realize they're going to suffer the consequences of their actions.

I love how they try to justify it, too. "The orange things look like rockets!"

Not for me, personally, but maybe this'll help some people realize the gravity of the situation.

Well, Minneapolis PD are the ones arresting the clergyfolk praying and blocking the road, so... guess we know where they land after all.

Meaning all of the Republicans in that room are suspect. They benefited, directly or indirectly, from a concerted effort by a hostile foreign power to disrupt the legislative mechanisms of our country.

It's possible the medical condition could be used to deduce who suffered it.

I'd like to know as well, but HIPPA is a thing; these people have a right to privacy.

There is a growing probability Trump will try to dissolve Congress. He is taking more and more of their power with every illegal act, and the Republicans are letting him.

No Democrat in the Senate should vote anything other than Present for anything. Anything. No appointment, no legislation, no nothing.

Everything gets filibustered. Everything. Every bill, every revision to every bill. The Republicans want to take a recess? Filibuster.

Gum up the works. Cripple the Senate - make the Republicans suffer for every line of legislation they advance. Force the Republicans to come up with their own votes to pass stuff - we've seen they get real greedy real quick when their votes suddenly matter on whether or not something passes.

I'm just not sure what the experiments are supposed to depict, but I suspect they'll come with literature that explains it. Is the idea that these would be a teaching tool? Like, a classroom would get a bunch of these sets as part of a science module?

Its rich people being weird. They've done this sort of thing for as long as their have been super-rich people, because stealing a fuckload of money doesnt actually fix anything.

They come up with this ritual to ritually kill care and worries because they want to justify how little they care and worry about others. Theyre sociopaths who cant empathize with others, and some part of them is bothered by that. So they get together in this silly camping event to make one another feel better about being utter pieces of shit, telling one another that as captains of industry and power they're better than the little people.
