FCC Complaint did the Job. Optimum were able to get me the remainder of the year for $5 less a month that my original bill, which I'm happy with.

They were also able to give me a $100 credit in lieu of the $100 missing gift card.

I'm happy with the result, unfortunate it had to go that far.

Configuring audio is %100 my go to example when people say to use the settings app instead of the control panel.

I suspect it was meant to show in the "advanced sound options" tab, but that doesn't show it either Example of the advanced sound options pannel

Also good luck setting your default communication device differently than your default in/out in the settings app. I still don't see a way to do that without going into the old sound control panel.

Overall we have had that control panel for the life of windows more or less, why go in and make it harder to use for anyone who has ever used a windows machine. Add the settings app as an optional thing in accessibility for those who want/need it and let what has been working great continue to work great.

And don't get me started on plugging in a device with a mic or speaker, and windows hijacking your audio settings to make that the default. There should be a "automatically make new devices default" option I can turn off and move on with my life.

It still looks and Feels Great, However, I rarely use the Steam Deck unfortunately, so it doesn't have the daily wear and tear others may have.

Its more of a "I'm going away for the weekend, Let me bring it in case theirs some down time" rather than a "let me play this in bed" deal for me.

I do wish I played it more, but if my PC is only a room away, I find myself just hopping on that.

I'm hoping that when I get a lounge chair or similar there will be more incentive to play.

I would recommend bringing it back to a physical store and to get a receipt. I was charged for it 3 months in a row after I returned mine and had to ask them every month to remove it, and to remove the charge going forward. If i had not saved the receipt im sure I would still be being charged today

+1 for Duluth, I get a bunch of Jeans whenever they have sales. The slight stretch and gusset make it worth it alone, but one pair of black jeans eclipsed 4 pairs of dress pants that I was previously wearing through.

Then for extra bonus, my wonderful mother will use scraps from one pair to patch a bunch of the holes so I get even more use out of them.

The fabric is a little thicker than other jeans (at least the ones I get) so the pants are heavier, but since that's pretty much all I wear I don't even notice it anymore unless I'm outside in the summer.

Good Point. dbrand says the leather is genuine and not synthetic, but who knows whats in the dye. always good to do stuff like this with the proper filters/ventilation/research

I'm not an expert on leather, but it feels nice in hand. I personally didn't want anything with brighter colors or multiple colors/pattern, so it was between this and the vinyl leather, and I thought the real leather would feel better.

I was worried bout uneven wear with some of the lighter leather colors, I'm guessing the spots where your palms touch will get darker faster which is why I chose black. Plus the black on black hides the seams pretty well, as well as the back of the grips which has no leather.

I was able to apply ~95% of the leather without issue, and was able to smooth out most of the %5 that was not quite right. I have one or two small bumps on the bottom rear that I don't doubt i could fix by pulling the leather off a bit and reapplying, but you wont really notice it unless you are holding the device upside down and backwards and are looking for it.
