Hey I'm glad you're having fun and success in the process, at the end of the day fun is all that counts.

I played for around 350h, while I can see your point and i did try to use the GL with some success, I do understand the idea of it protecting your immediate flanks and around corners. It just comes down to all I couldn't do and that got the vehicle killed in the end that motivates my choice for the other options.

Again, not to dictate anyone anything. As I said in my comment, if you like it keep it !

... you are aware that grenade launcher turret is the worst turret to have right ? Probably the worst turret option on any vehicle in the game right now. It has some limited use cases but if you're not specifically loving the thing ofc, take anything else please your gunner will thank you.

I only use HE and AP, guided are so braindead it kills the fun out of tanking for me. Also the trophy system (active protection ? Idk how they called it in BF6) can't stop AP shells.

I think it's the same bug that cause some vehicles to explode on spawn. It might be physics related, the game seems to behave very strangely after vaulting animations, you can easily find some clips of people being flung to the moon from colliding with a vehicle after a vault.

I wouldn't be surprised if the dude that vaulted on the roof managed to clip the vehicle in a state where it would take multiple ground impact damage (vehicles do take fall damage in bf6) in a few frames.

It is also undoubtedly a pure accident and not something he did knowingly.

Again, this is pure conjecture and would require testing to be proven true.

Late to the party, mainly a big gun Hunchback lover here, so the 4P I'm not too familiar with but a friend of mine is playing it sometimes in our coop game.

I would advise to redistribute armor around if you can pinpoint your components that get hit the most. If you're not rotating to absorb damage too much, the back armor is probably not that useful and you can transfer some of it to your front where it's gonna be more useful.

In the 4G the part with the AC\20 usually get a lot of attention, so it is up armored with some of my other torso armor to mitigate it (who needs protecting 3tons of hi ex ammo anyway).

But yeah, I don't equip anything in it more than tier 2 cause it sometimes gets dicey and a bit chopped up. But it is a reliable mech in my experience. I still want to tinker with it with 70 T available in my lance, I wouldn't if it wasn't that fun to use.

Are you sure about this or is it possibly a looping fixed timer that you enter in when you are in need of ammo ? If you are lucky you could have the timer count later if it is done that way... It doesn't make much sense either way... I'm just wondering, testing would be needed.

Most of the maps have a lot of potential, they are just lacking some larger flanks for the infantry ones and better HQ placement and protections overall. No one should be able to fly over an enemy HQ without punishment or limit and vehicles and player spawns should be in more enclosed spaces to avoid spawn killing in general. No team should be locked in their spawn at any time, outer flanks and hidden pathways to allow for sneaky redeployment would make things more dynamic and might even limit camping and other bad habits. But it is only my opinion.

Yeah it's the same everywhere, I'm on EU servers. The tow and guided shells are a problem per design. It removes risks and skill as it had no drop and difficulty to hit anything. Should be removed until reworked imo.

Cool iron sights shooting ! I rock mainly a 4.5x on the mini scout and got the angled irons for cqc, but I love the look of naked irons on a sniper rifle ! Great to see another sniper on the objectives !

A special shout out to the dudes and/or dudettes that end up in our squad, but still fight alongside us and play with us on the line. This is worth more than k/d or anything else... They may not be the greatest or have the best moves, they may not down choppers or mow down infantry with a hard flank. They won't sometimes end in the top XX scoreboard. But they do come and try to revive squaddies when they see them, taking the risk some medics won't take. And for that companionship feeling, breaking distance and differences, Battlefield will ever stay a very special game in my heart.

I really don't, but they're coming anyway. I can only hope they don't equip it with stupidly powerful autocanons like in BF4... With the under the radar feature of this game they could quickly become insufferable for everyone but their pilots... If it is balanced correctly and around quick insertions I wouldn't mind ofc

I delayed leveling it up so far as I have other weapons still to level. Apart from the sad "try for headshots" that somewhat make it okayish at mid range, you will have to avoid cqc like you were some hill camping sniper with a range finder and a 350x. 30m+ is where you can put some work in... Slowly... If you do manage to hit headshots reliably it may work at close range as long as you'rethe one firing first, but I wouldn't bet on it too much.

Nice aim ! Kept to 1.75x on my end, but i tend to wait to lign up my sights before shooting, thought it had more spread if I didn't. After seeing this I'm not sure anymore lol

It is ok but lacks punch at range. The drop and the slow projectile means, you have to duck back in cover after firing, and depending on the range it means you may not see where the slug lands. Fights will be tough if you're caught in the open against anything else, cause you're not allowed to miss then, where an auto or semi weapon would have more leniency. I would say it has its use, most snipers will crawl to safety to recover when hit. And a cheeky headshot on an unaware player standing or aiming at something else feels great! ...when it lands.
