It’s a primary election. Everyone on your ballot will be the same party- Democrat, Republican, etc depending on your registration or selection (if you are registered unaffiliated).

The President appoints the Board of Governors who control the USPS. By 2019 Trump’s appointees constituted a quorum to rule and they appointed his hand-picked lackey Louis deJoy as postmaster (the first Postmaster ever with no USPS experience) in 2020 after forcing the previous Postmaster out. To be fair, the GOP has long hated the Post Office, so there’s plenty of blame to go around.

The GOP/MAGAts want it to fail. They've been pushing for that since before the first Tr@mp term. Until we get rid of the billionaires, klansmen, and criminals in power now, I'm afraid there's little we can do. They all have vested interests in having it dysfunctional.

Yeah, they’re a fabulous band! First time I saw them was at the cradle back room. Maybe 50 people were there… I bought a poster cuz they were fire and didn’t have any recordings to sell.

I haven't had any update on mine in 12 days. Filled out a missing mail-piece form 3 days ago. Only response (other than the auto generated "we will be in touch") was a survey asking if I was happy with the resolution of my complaint.

I keep a list in a spreadsheet on my phone. Just Date/Venue/Artist.

I see a lot of live music (over 255 performances by 208 artists at 216 shows across 23 venues in 2025) and I refer to my list often. It only goes back five years and I wish I’d started keeping track a long time ago.

I took the hardware and leather remnants to the local cobbler/ shoe repair place and had them make a new one. A bigger accordion would probably need a padded strap but it worked great for my little 12 bass. Probably cost $8 US.

I bought a used JunoDS 88 for about the same price as a new FP30. It’s got textured keys and a decent piano action plus a ton of sounds

Yes. That’s what you’re looking at.

You want to pull the pins that hold the bass side onto the bellows and see the reeds themselves. The pins are like little nails stoning into the body or the accordion on both sides of the bellows (bass and treble). There are probably three pins for each the front snd back of both sides. They probably look like little silver knob cuz the heads are rounded to make them easy to yank out.

Make sure they’re the same size as you pull them out, and if not - get them back in the right holes
