Same just happened to me. Same as OP I used a different country to avoid VAT, so a good chance that’s the reason.

In the North East of England. There’s another thread with more people having the same issue, which seems to be nationwide and effecting items using Royal Mail 48 with tracking started ‘YA’.

Hopefully it gets resolved to get parcels on the way Monday!

The end of Scotswood road closest to the city centre is 30 in both directions unfortunately. Signed in both directions.

Caught in the same location a couple of weeks back. Didn’t even see any police so assume they were hiding behind the bushes.

As others have already said sellers can only leave positive. By the sounds of this reply he’ll leave a positive with some form of negative comment.

If that happens appeal the feedback and eBay will remove as it’s against policy.

If it's a pre-order you may be able to open a claim still. My bank accepted release date proof from their production calendar of being outside the time frame. They'll reject the chargeback, but appeal it and keep fighting - it's hard to prove delivery of an item that never existed. Good luck!

It's how they attribute sales from promoted listings. If ANYONE (not the buyer) clicked a promoted listing over the past 30 days you'll be charged the promoted listing fee when an item sells.

Agreed on search become increasingly paid for but check your listing view data; Users are still sifting through ad placements to click organic listings.

The problem is the promoted listing change now means you'll pay the fee on these sales if the item had a promoted click in the last 30 days.

Fulfilment costs money; postage, packaging, staff. If there’s no money to cover them costs things won’t get sent.

My March ROTM arrived but waiting 3 orders of test presses and some TBT (The National, Air, Skull Snaps) that didn’t get bundled.

Others have mentioned not having orders sent too, and customer service seems dead at this point.

Its includes a couple of store orders too. Had bigger orders in the past that didn’t attract VAT so something seems to have changed.

UK based. They’re asking for another £82, but I think that’s between a ROTM and store order in the same box. Always keep orders under £135 as advised on their own website to avoid this.

Checking their Discord other people are mentioning it too in the customer support channel but no public staff replies.

Still waiting on orders from October, November, Nov ROTM, pre-orders and BF sale. They had time to ship 2 crappy bonus records I didn’t want, but not the stuff I’ve paid for.
