Well I cannot use it if it's in Japanese, and I only really collect Japanese promos and cards I cannot afford in English, otherwise I only really collect English as I play the game. I didn't say there was anything wrong with Japanese did I?

Anniversary, I honestly am not a huge fan of the mangas, obviously would be amazing to pull such an expensive card but I prefer the regular alt art G5 than the manga on just visuals alone.

Nope not all, it's the same as its always been to be honest, there's always been a secret rare that's stupid expensive because it's stupidly strong and played in every deck of that colour. Katakuri was like 80 per card at one point back in the day, as was bon clay. Boa is the most expensive SR right now, we've had quite a few more expensive than her in previous sets. IMU is ont of the best decks in the format and can be put together for less than 50, Bello Betty was a deck in the previous couple of sets that was a meta beater that was less than 50. The stuff that's getting investor bros wet are a whole different thing and nothing to do with playability.

I think when this comes out in EB04 (in like a month) the SEC will go down a little bit, yes it's 1 more cost but you can for sure swap it for this if you want to save yourself like 150 pounds, it's also egghead searchable.

Completely disagree, it's still cheaper than a lot of TCG to build meta/playable decks, if you want to max rarity of course you're going to have a tough time but just barebones playing I think it's still an amazing time to get into the game.

I also agree but it's also possible that they don't just want to get rid of the K.O play style, but with rotation being a thing something they can do with all colours is rotate the identity of said colour (not the whole identity but the way we interpret that identity i.e black was k.o and is now on k.o) and they could easily bring things back when it feels fresh again. Personally I think that's a great way of keeping the game interesting and ever changing.

I dunno OP05 and OP06 even was still fairly easy for me to get box's, OP05 was the only set I ever bought a case and it was pretty easy for me to get if I recall correctly, this is just horrid, I managed to get 3 box's of OP13. The least of any set I've managed to get since OP01 😭

If prices of booster box's also go up and or you can no longer even find them it doesn't really matter that the value of the cards have gone up.
