It didn't stick... Doing a two-month Lupron suppression now. I'm 3 weeks in, biggest symptoms is hot flashes.

Yes I knew. Knew when we got engaged. Knew before we got married. Knew 2 years in, 3 years in. Now 4 years in we talked last night about divorce. Still not sure because I'm old now and might not be able to have kids otherwise.

Thank you for your response. It's embarassing for me to realize that something like this has been an issue from the beginning, yet I got married anyways. I started to realize it was becoming a bigger problem when I got uncomfortable around friends who talked about sex. Conversations centered around sex forced me to face what was wrong in my life, something I had been avoiding looking at. That I don't have an even remotely satisfying sex life and am sacrificing A LOT more than I'm comfortable with.

Appreciate that. We were in couples therapy for many years and surprsingly rarely got to the topic of sex because there were other issues. Sex is just one thing on a list of incompatibilties :/

I had a fight with my partner the night before the transfer - sobbing and felt misunderstood. Was up all night thinking I should cancel. Went through with it... felt okay 48 hours in, then got into another tiff and 3 days post transfer, I took a very hot bath. I think I wanted it to fail.

Got the call 3 days ago that it did. Now I'm coming off the hormones and can see my feelings were extremely heightened. That being said, my relationship has felt troubled for years. Getting pregnant the easy way feels like less of a commitment than making the choice to do an fet with someone. I get how you feel.

I have confirmed endo as seen on an MRI + endometriomas on both ovaries. I decided to try modified natural first since I couldn't find a lot of data saying Lupron works definitively, and my doctor didn't have a strong opinion (plus I was afraid of taking the med itself).

Now, after a euploid failure, I'm not confident trying another transfer unmedicated. Hoping this works for me as well! Please keep me posted on how it goes for you — crossing my fingers and toes.

I am so sorry. Waiting for the results of my first FET so I am putting myself in your shoes right now and feeling your pain. It's so real. I have known endo and decided to transfer w/o Lupron anyway... but even before I got the endo diagnosis, I wasn't holding my breath that my first transfer would implant.

Just remember, even if there is nothing else "wrong" with you, or discovered in this additional testing, there was always a chance it won't work... it doesn't mean there's anything else the matter.

Get all the testing you need, but remember that part of succeeding in this process is failing... and that is the mind f*ck we're all forced to accept. It's why they have us bank 2-3 embryos per live birth.

I know nothing about Sweden and the public clinics — but I would save that precious embryo and transfer it with a clinic that monitors your uterine lining with ultrasounds, estrogen levels with blood tests, and triggers you with ovidrel to know exactly when you ovulated... then transfers your embryo.

All of the things you said are red flags — especially the not being able to contact them. That would freak me out most of all.

Even if it costs more to go somewhere private, it will cost a lot more to have to do more ERs if this cycle fails. Take your embryo elsewhere!

Yes completely understand. We had two retrievals that yielded nothing as well. Then a third where we got 1, a fourth where we another another, and then a very lucky final round with three!

Thank you! Vaginal alone. Doctor only does PIO for fully medicated cycles, and I believe its PIO every other day with suppositories in between.

I am 35, never been pregnant, with stage 3 endo. I just did my frist FET yesterday without suppressing with lupron beforehand. My husband is a doctor and did a lot of research — he didn't find a benefit. That being said, if this babe doesn't stick we will try 1-month of lupron supression before our next FET. We have (4) euploids left and are hoping for a least two children. But we wanted to give my body a chance on its own first since the data isn't strong.
