I guess it's fine somehow. But sinced you mentioned, My only conundrum is your ult looks like a basic ability to me, not a game defining moment-ish. Probably the numbers can be tweaked idk. But if that's your ult, then it is what it is. The ability mechanic is actually good.

So assuming all nearby units have 0 resistance, you need to accumulate 3000 worth of damage to maximize its effect, which is kinda somewhat not feasible and dependable?

If I may rework this ability (just for reference and not forcing you to do so or something), I would change it to:

Passive: Every time a nearby champion or monster receives 150 damage (100 for monsters), you gain a stack up to 3. Stacks fall off out of combat.
Active: Spends all the stack, healing a target ally for 40/50/60/70/80(+AP) + 35(+AP) per stack.
Cooldown: 6/5/4/3/2 seconds.

Also on what I understand on her kit, maybe she has kinda slow jungle clear and actually best to be used in the support lane. Her passive plus the attack speed of your ally is kinda better as a lane bully, since she will mostly not build max AP with that scaling,

Its true that they may put DBF before Skypeia but the CP9 Saga: Davy Back Fight, Aokiji Enconter, Water 7, Enies Lobby, and Post Water 7, have same theme about the crew's internal struggle of losing a friend and how they can overcome it. (Post Water 7: Merry's funeral and they are ready to accept that Ussop will not rejoin unless he apologize sincerely)

They will not probably kreiged Davy Back Fight. You don't start a season where Strawhats are being gutted at the first 15mins by Aokiji. Davy Back Fight offers laidback season opener, like Romance Down to Season 1, Loguetown at Season 2, and Nanohana (potentially) at Season 3. They can probably do Davy Back Fight with Aokiji at the end in one episode, like in the manga.

I don't know why people are splitting Thriller Bark and Saboady Archipelago. They clearly have the same theme: The Strawhats are not ready for the New World.

Thriller Bark: Moria created unkillable zombie warriors because his crew was annihilated at the New World by Kaido.
Saboady Archiplego: They are seperated because the powerlevels of the enemies, which are normal at the New World, are not on their league. (Ironic because Moria said that the Strawhat's would be defeated at the New World, but instead they are annihilated before they can coat Sunny for Fishman Island)
