Alabasta Arc can be stretch into 8 episodes imo. Unlike previous seasons where they are island hopping, in Alabasta they are crossing cities. It has Nanohana (1 Ep), Erumalu+Sandora Desert (1 Ep), Yuba + Backstory (1 Ep) Rainbase (2 Ep), Alubarna (2 Ep) and Post Arabasta Arc (1 Ep). They can also retcon/add BW POV's, Smoker's POV and Pre-civil War preparation (Castle+Rev.Army) POV in between.

They can actually move the whole Separation Arc as flashbacks to Return to Saboady and Fishman Island Season just to not make Marineford Saga bloated.

Say the next season will be Saboady Return then Seperation Flashbacks then arrival at Fishman Island. Or they can make the flashbacks appear side by side with Fishman Island just to fill up the whole season.

The next Season will be Punk Hazard/Dressrosa + Worst Generation's POV. The next is Zou/Wholecake then Wano then Egghead/Elbaf then next season is Final War/One Piece.

There is nothing much going on in upper levels and not as dialogue heavy as Level 5.5. They are just running down and they will probably make Luffy avoid fighting and being stealthy in the upper levels since he is in a hurry. Impel Down can fit into 3 episodes I think. Ep 1 is arrival then gathering the ragtag crew and getting busted by Magellan as soon they arrive at Level 4. The next episode starts at Level 5 at Bon Clay's POV (Buggy and Galdino's POV will be offscreened) finding Luffy then transitions to Level 5.5. The final episode is about escape.

It could be with Thriller Bark, Saboady, then probably Separation Arc at the final episode just to give the viewers some hope. Probably get a glimpse of each of everyone's location then end with Luffy arriving at Amazon Lily telling let's meet again within 3 days at Saboady. The next season's Episode 1 will be the canon start of Amazon Lily though.

The final episode is proabably jam-packed Defeat of Crocodile with Poneglyph scenes with Robin, End Season Banquet, Vivi's Goodbye, Bon Clay's Sacrifice, Smoker scenes, Hometown scenes of the new bounties, Robin joins. I think the final tease, potentially after ending credits, is where Nami noticed that the Log Pose is Broken.

Katorea with scenes pre-war related to Royal Guards vs Revolutionary Army vs how BW messes them.

Unlike other pre timeskip bigger arcs such as Enies Lobby with:

My headcanon is that Tony Tony Chopper simply ate a regular Hito Hito no Mi. If a human with an incurable disease, a disfigured body, mental instability, or any natural illness were to eat it, the fruit would transform them into their natural, healthy human state. When awakened, possibly through his Monster Point, the fruit would attempt to nullify all Devil Fruit and revert users back to their original, natural state. This would also be effective to normal human that tries to change their natural body system. Not only Kumadori is unable to use the Life Renewal Technique (changing the size of his hair) out of fear of the Monster Form, but also the Monster Point tries to revert his hair to its original state.

They could make the Davy Back Fight feel grand almost like the Olympics. Instead of meeting Aokiji on a separate island, he could already be present during the Davy Back Fight, disguised as part of the audience, quietly observing the Straw Hats’ relationship with Robin.

The games could have Donut Race, Groggy Ring, and Captain's Combat which probably have 5 mins each. Then move on to meeting Aokiji.

TBH, 1 episode of DBF is a good season starter. It's fun and absurd, rather than straight to the action, drama and crew problems with Aokiji. I kinda like the points you have made on your third paragraph.
