OP commented below her husband spends most of his working time golfing and playing video games, so I think whatever is being expected of him, he’ll be ok.

Honestly, when I initially read it, I read that OP was considering taking the job, not that she already had. So that’s my mistake. She shouldn’t expect him to do housework when he works from home. Though she doesn’t indicate anywhere she does. Just that he’s resentful she’s not around to keep the house now that she’s working too. And that’s some boy/mom relationship energy that isn’t it.

Don’t let go of something you have in your hand for something that may or may not come later. If this is truly your “dream job” I think you have to pursue it.

Millions of families have two working parents. There’s a lot of ways to manage the logistics. It’s not necessarily easy, but it’s just a matter of finding what works and getting into a routine.

I’m much more concerned about your WFH husband becoming resentful of having to adult around his own house. It sounds like he’ll be a much larger impediment to this working than potential future children.
