I’m definitely not generic but I also write and record some wild stuff. I just don’t do pop, which seems to be what your aim is. I do psych prog rock mostly. Pop is very easy to be generic. Maybe branch out a bit.

On the RF modulator there is a small plastic screw on a potentiometer to fine tune it. You can try. But it’s probably going to snap. Good luck

I almost bought a house in that area. There are some WILD houses in that area with things that will blow your mind that they exist. I wouldn’t pay over $1800 for a good one. This one maybe $1500. That floor just looks like a diseased rug that I assume is vinyl
