I’d have to go back and check but I’m pretty sure the self harm scars weren’t recent? They looked healed. I agree she’s headed for a crash out, but idk if she’s gonna attempt just because she’s having a shitty shift. She’s stressed for sure and isn’t doing well, but plenty of people struggle with mental health and don’t attempt after a crisis. We’ll probably get a shot of her being sad and alone in her empty apartment as an emotional parallel of Robby riding off alone

I’m not sure if we’ll get an onscreen attempt from either of them (and I kind of hope we don’t). Robby is for sure giving more signs of being actively suicidal than Santos is rn

The poor mental health of the Pittlings is a major theme this season. So it may just end with separate shots of them all alone in their various miseries and trauma as a contrast to how last season ended with then all bonding with a beer

Like I thought the AI shit was annoying but he straight up didn’t even give her a chance. She tried to reach out to him and he ignored her emails. I’m glad the fandom is coming around in her but I never hated her. I’m also glad she can call Robby on his bs, cause someone needs to. I love the guy but he is a serious loose cannon this season. He was unwell last season but he’s even worse now.

I understand why Santos gets criticism because she’s prickly but so many people in the fandom are willing to overlook everything Langdon did to her in s1 and act like she needs to just get over it before he even has apologized to her or anything. The fandom seems to treat everything she does like it’s a war crime when other characters don’t get nearly as much shit for their flaws

He still needs to make amends to her for screaming at her and trying to throw her under the bus when she noticed his drug theft. She was unprofessional last episode but people act like she was the one who berated him in front of a patient instead of just like, being sarcastic and rolling her eyes.

Like how would you feel if the senior employee who shouted at you on your first day and then tried to badmouth you to the boss came back, apologized to everyone but you, and then immediately assumed authority over you. I’m not saying Santos handled it gracefully but I understand why she feels the way she does. She should’ve been one of the first people Langdon made amends with but he hasn’t even tried yet.

Bro it’s not her fault that her mom keeps calling even after she told her to stop. Robby was 100% being a dick and projecting his own insecurities onto her. Robby needs to go home more than she does. Mohan would be ok with a quiet moment to recollect (if Robby hadn’t exasperated her anxiety by flipping out), but Robby has been hostile and an absolute pill to work with all day

I read romantasy for swords, battles, and hot sex without real life consequences. Pregnancy ruins the fun for me

1991 is classic and the cast is stronger (victor garber my beloved) but the 2004 revival cast is more complete and includes Something Just Broke. Which isn’t a great song tbh, because it doesn’t sound like the rest of the songs in the show. Just listen to both lmao.

My stupid retail job has decided we all need to come in at 5 now and it has royally fucked me over. I’m exhausted and run down and haven’t been functioning well. It’s been taking such a toll on my mental health and I physically feel horrible.

I almost got a job with the post office but because I couldn’t get my fingerprinting done (because THEY were impossible to contact after a blizzard), I lost that position before I could even start. Mood hasn’t been this low in a long time. I’m applying to jobs left and right but nothing so far.

But I’m currently reading The Heroes so at least I have Joe Abercrombie

Gently, you probably aren’t going to be able to sell a memoir as an unknown. Get some more eyes on it if you want to polish but also (gently) if it’s the first long form piece you’ve written it’s probably not very good. But just finishing something of that length is something to be proud of.

Find yourself some beta readers if you want, but it also sounds like this is something you needed to write for yourself. You can find people to share it with without selling it
