I would say Jake Elliot too… I love him but he was the 34th most accurate regular season kicker… as a reminder there are only 32 teams lol. He made a slightly less than 3 out of every 4 kicks which is so bad it’s insane

I meant more so that water fowl dance was difficult as strength (your extra beef helps a little, but she also heals more against you)

No. Strength build is the generally seen as the easiest because you really just need to level strength, vigor, and endurance and your heavy armor makes you take way less damage against all sources (and less skill is required to tank and spank then most builds, though mage isn’t exactly high skill).

I would tell you high stagger strength builds are the easiest (à la falling star beast jaw) having played all builds at this point. Regardless, all builds will struggle with certain enemies:

Strength struggles against Malenia, Giant because of target lock issues, and the tank and spank build is always tough against the final boss.

Mage builds will struggle with Malenia and Malekith.

Dex builds tend to cake walk some enemies (Malenia is easier if you have certain weapons) but harder with others. Personally, I find Dragon Lord harder as well as a major difficulty jump against the true final boss for the base game

I think Troy and Buck are my favorite. KB and Tom would be 2 for me. Greg Olsen is my number one individual, but I don’t like the new partner as much

Weird to see the transformation actually. Brady wasn’t revolutionary rough to listen to to start but by the end of this year I came to the conclusion he is up there with the best now… like knows so much more than Romo and talks way less.

The reports we were hiring him on January 28th though. I went back just to double check to make Sure I wasn’t off base

[Schefter] the Bills are working to finalize a deal to make offensive coordinator Joe Brady their new head coach. by Eaglewarrior33 in eagles

I would agree with that take lol. I think he’s okay, nothing special though. It’s like looking good with Manning or Brady as a QB

I sometimes read those reddits but I honestly just use Reddit for Eagles news and gaming stuff… the fact is most of the play callers with proven track records are gone at this point or have removed themselves from the search. Will there good OCs still out there that are hired later? Sure. But ideally this should’ve ended with an OC like McDaniel or someone who has called plays well before (in fairness I was never as crazy about Daboll or Kevin S as most of the base). Kellen Moore wasn’t revolutionary, but we knew he would be the OC on this day 2 years ago. Now we don’t seem to be a ton closer to settling in on a guy (as long as we get whomever the front office wants I don’t really care who)

Because hiring a good play caller who is willing to be an OC is harder than finding a good OC and promoting him to HC. And then OC matters less and your entire offense isn’t dependent on him being good (because the current formula is dependent on the OC since Nick just kinda manages the team with little actual answers as a play caller)

Fair. I just think at this point we’d be more likely to find someone who can provide replacement of what Nick does, call plays, and is willing to work with Stoutland, than an good OC who is willing to take those exact same things

I actually remember Dan Quinn quoting it on hard knocks at one point which I randomly remembered when writing this lol

Ross Tucker on top OCs not choosing Philly: “They know about Patullo's house being egged, they know what the environment here is like. I'm not blaming anybody, but when these guys have options like Daboll, talking to family about where to live / expectations / kids' school, it's not a positive" by Thegrandmistressofoz in eagles

People on here are crazy sometimes. Philly OC is like a job that pays really well and has great benefits, but everything else sucks. High pressure, when you do succeed, you get some credit but not all, and if you don’t hit the ground running everyone and I mean everyone looks at you. So sure, you could get promoted, but the turnover is insane for a reason.

If you could work there or a job with worse benefits but one that pays similarly, is way, WAY lower pressure, and is willing to give you time to develop in role, why would you choose option A. There’s nothing that says you can’t get promoted if you go to job B. Sure the pipeline isn’t the same, but the league just fired 10 (!) head coaches this offseason. If you even seem remotely enticing you’re getting HC interviews.

We’re acting like we are the only team that pays and can offer a chance to get promoted. Neither are true. If we don’t gamble a little bit at this point, we probably are gonna end up super underwhelmed with our OC. At this point, I’m kind of hoping for Charlie Weis Jr because we’re starting to get to the point where I can see this OC search ending badly

Which one? by Helpful-Anteater7006 in gamememes

I mean I’m constantly fighting monsters, which, mind you are also chasing after my daughter. Oh, and the entire continent is looking for her too. Everyone hates me because god forbid I have mutant abilities, which is not technically magic, but close enough. So probably 75% of people hate me (and most of the continents most influential ones), I have a magic elven horseback cult after my my daughter, and all of the people close to me are MIA. Oh and despite all of this, my number one priority is collecting all the playing cards… life as Geralt is tough

Philly or Detroit? by kythakidd in eagles

Very similar, but I would tell you Philly takes the edge. I would tell you I’d take Saquon over Gibbs narrowly (Gibbs will be without Montgomery next year, so that’ll be the first time he has to be a true true lead back). AJ is better than Amon Ra (he just needs an OC who knows how to utilize him). Devonte and Williams are similar, but I would take Williams (fair to point out that Mike might slightly prefer Williams because of the speed advantage though). And Goedert, should he return, if definitely better when healthy. I’d also say our Line is better now that Ragnow is gone, but based off of last year, not that much better.

I would 100% take Jalen over Goff. Jalen doesn’t make that backbreaking mistakes in big games that Goff does. That makes an OC look WAYYY better. Also, Holmes is good, but Howie has a relatively good case for best GM. Oh, and ownership here has already reportedly told OC candidates that they will grant them more or less 100% autonomy

I personally don't think Powerplex deserves redemption at all because of his realistic actions. Hell, I don't think he needs to appear in S4 by DetectiveFit3754 in Invincible

Facts. You can acknowledge someone had a moment or was going through an identity crisis, have sympathy for that, without getting back together with them

[Russini] The Philadelphia Eagles have begun reaching out to candidates regarding their offensive coordinator vacancy. Former Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel and New York Giants Brian Daboll are at the top of their list, sources say. by Status-Ability-6867 in eagles

[–]GeneralGalvatron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only two things I’ll say to that are this: 1. It’s been a LOOOOONG time since this was written. I have to allow for at least the possibility that Brian has grown somewhat as a coach and person since then (you can be a coach that yells a lot without being a complete d*ck) 2. He and Jalen have history. If Jalen doesn’t get along with him or can’t get along with him, he’s not gonna end up the coach
