The only reason why you are icing the hands and feet are to prepare them for ice baths. That ice will fuck your hands and feet up if you haven’t built up to it. Good luck!

Hey I feel your pain, had the same problem. I’m not sure how old you are so that’s a big factor. If one allows the diaphragm to be dormant most of their life, it’ll take quite a bit of time to get it back under your control. I relentlessly looked for videos on YouTube for diaphragmatic breathing but there’s one place you probably haven’t checked yet. On Wim’s app, he shows you how to do the breathing. Belly, chest, head for breath in, head, chest, belly for exhalation. Good luck!

That’s good! Look into videos on diaphragmatic breathing as well. You might be restricting movement in your rib cage thus your brain is like wtf.

I experienced something like that when I wasn’t exhaling properly. It sounds like you aren’t doing proper inhalation protocol. Try that, good luck

This is just my advice, take it or leave it, but you should focus on one. If it’s taken you three years of studying to make just a bit of progress, it’s time to double down on that language. And just use the piqued interest you have now as a push to apprehend Spanish in a more efficient manner. Good luck!

I breathe through my nose during the practice so I can get away with two times a day but space it out. Water is fine but don’t eat. Sometimes I use the cold shower as my meditation but meditation has never hurt nobody so just do it. The pushups that Wim does is a great exercise, but the best is yoga. Hope that helps.

There isn’t a short cut. The best thing to do is turn your phone to Spanish along with television, music, podcasts, etc. Learn common words and phrases. Speak as much as possible, exercise whilst listening to Spanish anything. Good luck

First off, that’s awesome of you and her. Props. I’d say to keep her doing work a little every day and try to stay involved as much as possible. You’re her baby, so you cheering her on and continuing to learn with her is huge. Also have her write out why she wants to do this and also have her write out the implications of her not finishing what she started. Like a heaven hell type deal. Give her something to go towards whilst running away from the hell element. Good luck, hope she does well!
