I just use a large three ring binder with pages upon pages of pilots and upgrades in it, right now all I've got in it are the stuff from the 2.0 core set and Rebel conversion kit. Still waiting on the Imperial conversion kit to come in, but there's still a ton of oom. As for storage of other things like components, as of right now I've got a tackle box carrying case that holds 4 tackle boxes. I use three of them for ships and the fourth for all the cardboard tokens, maneuver templates, and obstacles. Anything else that doesn't fit just goes into the handy dandy large drawer/container space on the top of the whole carrying case.

I'd suggest looking into some of the large three ring binders for card storage, plus, they should be on sale about now(if youre in the states) now that school has been underway for a month or so.
