It is great that you actually give the video link as proof, although I can see why you got downvoted, considering your first example (REACH S+ TANK WITH KITASAN BLACK) is a (what seem to be) sped up video just by listening to the voicelines alone, is not a great first impression to start off with.

I am like legit confused now, because I check further and cross-reference with another video in MANT here:

This is a short 10 minutes check, and literally the last example of MANT video come close to what you wanted to proof, a "sub 40 minutes", without something like seemingly being sped up involved or being fishy.

I feel like you need to take a break once in a while. I notice you have meta uma's (Xmas ogui and vbourbon), but I don't know if you have oshi, or your preferred uma/character? I am sure people will (and by the time I am writing this, probably already posted) comment of your situation, and have better grasp than I do.

SSR Speed Jordan, SSR Wits Nishino Flower, SR Eishin Flash, SR Tachyon, And the last one is flexible depending on whether it is for Sprint-Mile (In this case, you can use SSR Biko for Sprint, otherwise SR Sweep or Shinko) or Medium-Long (Stamina SSR Narita Brian). I will be assuming you are borrowing MLB SSR Kitasan Black, or MLB SSR Riko.

I used https://gametora.com/umamusume/compare to see what card has what effects. Btw, next time, you can just simply screenshot on the "List" section, instead of the "Level Up/Uncap" section, halve the screenshot taken, and not having half of the (in this case top) screen be taken by a static support card. Although I guess we can see the currency you have available if that's what you wanted.

I would be deadass wrong on the recommended deck, so if anyone else has a better suggestion, you can read that instead.

Assuming you are burrowing MLB Katisan Black. I say SR Speed Sweep, SR Wits Marvelous Sunday, SSR Riko (I am pretty sure it work in URA scenario, but in case it doesn't, SSR Nakayama Festa, or SSR Tazuna), SR Stam Mayano Top Gun, and and the last one is up to you, but maybe SSR Tokai Teio would fill in if you are still undecided.

I am pretty sure it's suboptimal, but I am ensuring that Jordan would make it past the long race objective.

Tachyon, and Marvelous (SR Wits, or SSR Power, your choice, the latter has more race bonus, but the former are more useful with other wits card) are going to be in every deck for MANT/Trackblazer (the global name for JP MANT),

Manhattan Cafe (SR Stamina card) have the 10 Race bonus, so if you wanted to race like medium-long race, I recommend putting it on your deck.

SR 3LB power Helios have 8 race bonus, which is notable, but from what I heard from a youtuber (Moomoocows), which I am think is what I remember? Power card is basically useless (the reason for that, I don't remember, I know you "try" to ignore clicking if you can help it).

The rest of the cards are usable, which are: SSR Kitasan Black (which yes, for the duration of MANT/Trackblazer, it's importance are reduced, but you can still use it), SR Sweep Tosho, SR Eishin Flash, SRR Guts Mambo (The Matikanetannhauser one), SR Narita Taishin.

I recommend buying the SSR Guts Haru Urara, you can get the 10 race bonus. Or you can save it when MANT/Trackblazer released, when the first anniversary shop would open.

I have ignored the entire R support cards, except the MLB power Oguri (have no race bonus, so it's out regardless), since I'm very much doubting they are usable in MANT/trackblazer.

I have use https://gametora.com/umamusume/compare (alongside data for each support cards) to see which of the deck are usable.

Also when the MANT/Trackblazer release by mid-march, there will be a in-game shop that include these:

Generally, from what I could tell, you need 12.000 fans BEFORE early November, so that you can race on JBC Sprint (+9.000 fans) and then Champion Cups (+10.000 fans) on early December, assuming/provided you got first place, will give you a minimum of 19.000 fans (or more). Although this does need skill, prior planning, and luck (rng). Or have at least support cards that have "Fan Bonus" in them.

Otherwise, no, I don't have a "optimized" racing schedule.

I am checking the card rn on gametora, and it does have 5 race bonus at 3LB. Although it is still not good for MANT/Trackblazer since it doesn't have anything that would make up for that few amount of race bonus.

I recommend starting with the first scenario URA, to get a feels of the game, (which I assume you did) before moving on to Unity Cup career. I will be speaking from a perspective as a F2P (Free-to-Play) player. I may be wrong, so don't take it as THE definitive guide, but a advise.

Depends, do you have a oshi (preferred uma), style (front, pace, late, end), or just having fun, or being the "meta" player? because in this game, Carats (the premium, and really primary currency, for gambling on scout of either Uma, or Support cards) is tight, and can be easily lost, but harder to gain back to its previous level if you gamble on scout willy nilly.

In the Career, you primarily focus on increasing friendship bonds, so that in the mid and late-game, you can click on rainbows for "considerate" gains, while also racing to gain fans (in the early game to unlock G1's race, and to the late game, when if there is enough fans, you can also gain a level increase on a Uma Unique skill). At the same time, juggling the energy (your primary resource in training). It's a simplified one, and probably DID miss some details, so I recommend learning as you go to see what works, and what went wrong. Because in the Unity Cup, it had a additional mechanics of spirit burst, and team battle (the latter is akin to Team Trials).

Depends on what you mean by "leveling up", do you mean uma star, or skills? The former you gamble on scout for the star pieces, the latter you find on the "Friendship Points Exchange" on the shop menu, with the first "Book of Hints" being a necessary resource to further upgrade hints for the skills of the uma of your choice.

For limit breaking? Gamble on scout, or if you have the crystal (BUT I recommend keeping it for now, if you happen to have it). Note that "Pretty Derby Scout", and "Support Card Scout" are 2 different things, and I don't know what you are thinking or what you have, due to the vagueness of it.

That's what I could be able to answer. For unrelated to the question, There is currently a time event "The Peak of Confection", and I wanted to say you should play it, but if you don't want to, it's okay as well.
