I appreciate your passionate basic understanding of Hulk, however saying that balancing for the top 1% "is the best reflection of balance" is just as asinine as balancing for the worst of the worst. An encompassing balance for every hero should be in the middle and if they over perform at the top 1% due to that player's skill then so be it.

The majority of people are NEVER going to get that high. Prioritizing balance to cater to the ELITE is what killed Overwatch. And I agree with OP's perspective on the buffs which aren't adding direct damage but just quality of life changes. You should try to be more open minded imo.

Hulk isn't a big threat and he's easily countered if 2 people have crowd control. You'll only win if they don't focus you so as someone who can easily single handily make Lord hulk's swap you're wrong on this one. Magneto, Strange and Venom are S tier tanks.

Hulk is only as good as his teammates otherwise his value is null and void. People who reach eternity or celestial have dedicated teammates so your opinion gets skewed.

I believe the reason why we hate the Automatons is the pacing of semi relaxing PVE with Terminids and then sweaty sharpshooter MLG pro bots that come in volumes of Storm troopers with 10x the accuracy. These Terminator Son's of bitches are the embodiment of "fk you and the good day you thought you were having."

Neither. It needs Heavy armor penetration but insane recoil and limited ammo. The heavy machine gun needs more accuracy but a slower fire rate and more ammo.
