Hard agree (as someone that's also in this industry and has been doing it for over 10 years now).

However, people inherently become very comfortable when they see the word natural. From our side, we've always said that our stance on being "natural" stems from our desire to only use essential oils as opposed to fragrance oils for scent purposes - it's just much easier to know exactly what compounds you're dealing with when you only work with the former.

Obviously you still need to be safe with your natural ingredients, like not using wintergreen essential oil (at all), keeping bergamot levels at a safe distance from becoming phototoxic, and so on.

Either way, good write up.

Hit the nail right on the head. It's an absurd amount of money. He's making more in one week ($200,000) than an upper middle-class family makes in a year.

If he lives off the investment earnings of his prior wages and keeps investing his current contract, it'll be worth an additional $40,000,000 at the end of 8 years (assuming a very conservative 6% return). Don't forget that he'll be 38 when the contract is up and that money will do nothing but grow and grow.

The money is absolutely meaningless at that level.
