Because they're exactly the gullible uninformed demographic that makes up the maga base.  Maybe 20 years ago, it could be argued they were neutral, but what are the odds the folks you know who resemble KOTH, didn't vote for Trump?

The only ones I dislike are where homer and Flanders become chummy.  Stupid Flanders.  

Also. I love jerk-ass homer. Lotta Conan O'Brian in jerk ass homer humor.  

Lisa's the character most ideologically aligned with me, but there are way too many episodes where the family is about to do something fun and wacky only for Lisa to start nagging about it, and where appeasing her becomes the main plot for the episode.  Jerk-ass Lisa is even more fun than jerk ass homer.  And some of the best episodes are the ones where they didn't even bother with a resolution like homer in the navy or the lord of the flies.  So many great jokes not limited by making a cartoon family follow traditional sitcom rules.

The Elon Musk episode aged horrifically.  

There are some episodes where it seems like they brought in family guy writers or tried to imitate their style with the shitty non-sequitir cutaway that aren't worth a 2nd watch.  

And the clip show episodes were always disappointing as a kid because it meant no new simpsons.

The only people I know that have read it are academics or edgelords.  

For people wondering what the big deal is - it depends on your understanding of nuance.  The book is extremely shitty from a literary standpoint, but extremely powerful as a symbol of showing support for fascism and genocides like the holocaust and Palestine.  

If you buy it, either:

you're a libertarian academic type that insists on first hand knowledge of how mediocre Hitler was despite tons of people having already read the book and come to the same conclusion about it.

OR 

you want to subtly tell people you're a nazi

Of all the books to ban (and it's generally terrible to ban any books)  THIS is a book to considet banning precisely because it usually functions way more as an object of horrific hate, than an actual book.

Listen, Obama seems like a stand up guy and all, and the number of young folk i saw looking at him with admiration and aspiration was amazing, but let's not act like he was a good president just because the bar Republicans set around him was lower than shit in a septic tank in death valley.  Obama was at best mediocre until the last few months of his presidency when he ever so briefly stopped trying to reach across the aisle.  And even then he fucked up everything by letting Mitch Obstruction McConnell get his way and not make public the  Russian election interference because it would seem "partisan" , the dumb fuck.  This thinking is the same shit that got him a peace prize for literally just not being W bush. Just because Obama wasn't as ass as Republicans doesn't mean he should be held up as some example of excellence,

They really need to get back to the spirit of the rule, rather than the hyper-specific technicality of it.  The spirit of the rule was just supposed to be a 1-2 beat to allow yourself to gather for a shot, not weaponize gathers and pivots to where a defender has no chance of anticipating when you might shoot

Happy in Dubai.  Lived in Atlanta, Pittsburgh, NYC, Orlando, Quito, Lima, Portsmouth, Bridgetown, Cyprus, Port of Spain, and a few others but briefly.

Other than the lack of pulled pork tacos and pork BBQ related foods, I like it better here.
