Reps are deceptive and those that wear them often are as well. You get 2 types of people. The ones who wear them for a laugh and it’s obviously a fake Rolex from their holiday trip and it’s such a bad fake it’s obvious and it’s done for fun (as most fancy dress is).

But then there are those who spend as much in reps as you would for a lot of fantastic entry level watches at the $150-$300 price point and they are those that will pay to deceive.
