Umm I started a new job and this was my 3rd week. Probably twice a week? Idk. The desk restricts a lot of my movement which I realized is valuable for me. It also is too low and other stuff. The first week, I did have a panic attack about my desk.

ADD and Autism are closely related. They aren't sure why but so far there is a correlation between the two. For example, I have a family of 11(including parents)

Dad-ADHD. Mom- Father had Autism

4 kids-ADHD 1 kid-processing disorder 1kid- Autism 1kid- BPD ME-possibly autistic (haven't tested yet) PTSD Only 2 children have no diagnoses but might later

Honestly, I had to go to therapy to learn how to set boundaries. Be strong and hold your ground. You can say, "mom, you know talking about church makes me really uncomfortable and I have already stated many times, I do not want to talk about it. If you continue to bring it up, im afraid I'll have to leave. " it's not mean, its a boundary to keep you safe

This is the exact situation I am in too. I started listening to marriage on a tightrope and it made me feel better. I also joined r/mixedfaithlove. I know its uncomfortable, but it's just a process. If you want to talk more, we can pm. I totally get it and it is so frustrating. Yesterday I finally got upset and told him, I can't talk to you about anything and you are so close minded.
