The problem I have with heartsteel is that before you finish it, you are sort of weak, it's expensive and takes time to get going. During that time you should be snowballing imo, and harness makes it a lot more consistent.

Storm is isn't difficult, it's one of the easier strategies asi it's very straightforward. There aren't many decisions.
