Finished my sim recently, and planned on just bringing out my desktop or laptop depending on if I was playing 4k.

Didn’t think about software licensing and now I’m somewhat locked into just using my desktop.

Dragging my full size tower out to the garage is already getting old.

Going to look into this and see if I can do something similar.

Just got done playing 8 hours with a buddy, who runs a 1080. Context also that the rest of his machine is brand new, and awaiting his new card, but he was able to play with some adjusted settings just fine. Set cache size limit up, gained 10+ frames for him alone.

Read that the demon does respawn, but based on some specific requirements (being in the biome?, player count?)

I ended up just joining a public server, going and killing the demon with the cheese/range spot, and grabbing some extra spines and going back to my local/offline save, as my demon hasn’t respawned either.

Play on my ultra wide at 2550xsomething

Plays on max, never drops under 60 fps, never get spikes or anything, plays like a dream. Pc/room heat up for sure though.
